Returns Policy
UGG Face Store is dedicated to offering our members the best products and are here to help if your order is not quite as expected. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (“Law”). You are entitled to a replacement (subject to stock availability) or refund for products that may have a major failure, as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. NO RISK 30 DAY EXCHANGES, RETURN AND REFUNDS
Exchange Procedure:
Returns for exchange will be accepted within 30 days of your purchase. You can change the size or colour of your items. If you prefer to exchange it for another item, you must make a new purchase and return your item for a refund. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. When returning your product please make sure you include a note in the return parcel with your name, order number, request, and delivery address or simply fill in our Exchange form on a desktop computer or laptop, print and include it in your return package. You will be required to pay for costs of returning the item to our facility. We encourage you to use a trackable service as any lost returns cannot be reimbursed.
RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from date of purchase. Once the 30 day period has lapsed, we are no longer able to offer credit voucher/exchange on your purchase.
Please note that all Sales on "Clearance" items are final. We do not offer returns on these items so please choose carefully.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Valid for 30 days from date of purchase
- All returned items are to be unworn, unwashed and undamaged
- All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact (this includes the shoe box). The shoe box is not to be used as shipping packaging.
RETURNS PROCESS
- Go to the Returns Portal (HERE) and enter your order number and email. Follow all the prompts.
- An email notification will be sent to you once we receive your returned items.
- Once your return is processed we will issue you a gift/credit voucher (which is valid for 12 months). This voucher can be redeemed on checkout of your next on-line purchase.
- If you are seeking an exchange, an email will be sent to you once the exchanged items have been dispatched.
SALE ITEMS
Items purchased at discounted price can be returned for an exchange or gift card. No refunds will be given.
SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse. We suggest you use a reliable shipping company to ensure you can track your parcel once sent.
Warranty
Our products are warranted for 3 months against defective materials and workmanship. This does not extend to problems that arise from normal wear and tear. Slight dye transfer may occur with darker coloured sheepskin during first few wears. Lighter coloured sheepskin may pickup inks from clothing with which it comes in contact. This discolouration is not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.
Because sheepskin is a natural product, there may be some irregularities and variations in colour and texture. These traits are characteristic of fine sheepskin and add to the beauty and character of the footwear. These characteristics may cause variations in the fit and wear of some sheepskin products. These irregularities and variations are not covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty.
